Saty is very comfortable , good location near by Airport. Staff behaviour is very polite. Most of the time I chose this hotel

Room facilities was not correlated with price. HAD to change room due to AC not working. New room had window AC with loud noise. Facilities was not like 5 star. Makemy訂房網站 should select hotels, which has facilities according to Star. Now I am going to change company for further travel

Phone to reception not working, hand-wash not provided and when they did it was in a small bottle. Spoilt teabags were there. Hot water didn't work at night and wifi also stopped working after 30 min.

The Food is good. The Bed of the Hotel is very Hard and this is not comfortable. They are not changing Bedsheet automatically if you ask them to change then they will change otherwise they will not.

Breakfast quality was not good nor are there many options for breakfast just 3-4 dishes available. Rooms which I booked didn't have a window not worth the rates charged for the room.

room seems too overpriced. Food is Kind of ok could be better. the staff seems to be somewhat adamant and does not seem to care much about the guest. the room floor was sticky, towels were worn out, glasses were not cleaned.

Only exteriors are good but room seems to be of a lodge and not as per the price standards. Not worth at all.

Not so good experience. Basic hygiene like clean toilet was missing. Had to ask them to clean the toilet and replace toilet paper.

Location is good. The room was good. The staff's behaviour was also good. Morning breakfast for given price tag was value for money. Only one thing was negative. I had to call 3 times for water at midnight.
